ORDER & DELIVERY
Yes, you need a forklift or something similar to unload the plates.
Yes, but there must be sufficient manpower to unload the plates.
Unfortunately, the driver of the external transport company cannot help with this.
Someone must be present to receive the goods and sign the delivery note.
Deliveries always take place from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Deliveries at a specific time are also possible, but the price is on request.
The delivery address must be accessible for trucks of 18 meters long.
If this is not the case, we will unload at the nearest location where the driver deems this possible.
As long as we haven’t received your payment yet, you can still change your delivery address.
Please note that this may affect the transport cost.
After receipt of your payment, the delivery address can no longer be changed free of charge.
Until the shipment is loaded, a change of address is only possible upon payment of an administrative fee of €75, charged by the external transport company for adjusting and relabelling the shipment.
Once the goods have been loaded onto the truck, no further changes are possible.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
1% tolerance is possible in both length and width of the plastic ground protection mat.
No, due to the flexibility, the mats are not suitable for bridging pits.
The ground protection mats adapts to the surface.
Our InduPlates ground protection mats are made from a blend of recycled LDPE and HDPE
Engraving extends the delivery time by approximately 1 week.
WARRANTY
Yes, you receive a 2-year warranty against cracking or breaking. (Should this happen, please ensure you keep the road plates; these can be requested.)
Milling and transport are not covered by the warranty.
Please note: our ground protection mats are not suitable for point loads or protecting the surface from falling objects such as tree trunks.

Additional costs will be charged when paying by credit card or PayPal.
These are 3% of the total amount.
